Abhyanga
Abhyanga is one of the most popular and therapeutic treatments in Ayurveda. It’s essentially a full-body massage using warm, herbal oils tailored to your dosha (body constitution).

How it’s done:
Warm oil (usually infused with herbs specific to your dosha) is applied generously.
